Why Cry Over Burnt Milk

Well, my first attempt at pasteurizing the goat milk was a big fail! I read the thermometer wrong and cooked it at about 200 for a good 10 minutes. Blah! So it was super burnt. Oh well, at least I get to try it again tomorrow.

Updated: 9:17 P.M. Shane just tasted it and said it didn't taste at all burned! Yeah! I did filter it twice after I burned it. I don't know maybe it helped?
